These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of eventreps.io (the "Site"), operated by EventReps ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. About EventReps

EventReps is a B2B sales enablement business that advises and consults with companies on event-based sales strategy, lead qualification, and sales training. EventReps does not execute outreach, run campaigns, or perform sales activities on behalf of clients — we advise, train, and equip our clients to do so themselves.

2. Use of the Site

The Site provides information about EventReps' services, methodology, and content. You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

The following are trademarks or proprietary marks of EventReps:

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from the Site without our prior written consent, except:

  • Personal, non-commercial viewing in the ordinary course of visiting the Site

  • Sharing links to public pages on the Site

  • Quoting brief excerpts with proper attribution for commentary, criticism, or educational purposes

Our proprietary frameworks, including the PITCH Score™ methodology, are protected as trade secrets and intellectual property. Unauthorized use, reverse engineering, or replication of these frameworks is prohibited.

4. Content You Submit

If you submit information to us through the contact form or other means (e.g., questions, feedback, business inquiries), you represent that:

  • You have the right to provide that information

  • The information is accurate and not misleading

  • The information does not violate the rights of any third party

By submitting information, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and review that information for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and operating our business. We will handle your submitted information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. No Professional Advice

The content on the Site, including blog articles, frameworks, methodologies, and educational materials, is provided for general informational purposes only.   • WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF SITE CONTENT

You use the Site at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVENTREPS, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF EVENTREPS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

EVENTREPS' TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you in full.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EventReps and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Site

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of any rights of a third party

  • Any content you submit to the Site

10. Modifications to the Site or Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (such as a notice on the Site) before they take effect.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

12. General Provisions

(a) Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EventReps regarding your use of the Site.

(b) Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

(c) No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

(d) Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms freely.

(e) No Agency. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and EventReps.
