Jeff and Greg spent three years working together at a SaaS company, where they learned a hard truth: trade shows were broken. Jeff saw it firsthand - the chaos, the wasted spend, the missed conversations, and the lack of any real process.

So for their next event, they tried to fix it. They built a simple blueprint: a clear pre-event plan, intentional booth engagement, and structured follow-up.

The results improved. Not perfect, but promising.

By the next event, they refined the approach again. What began as an experiment turned into a repeatable system.

In 2023, they went their separate ways - but the system followed them. Greg brought the strategy to his next company, and it worked. Jeff used the same playbook to turn events into major revenue drivers.
