EventReps x Stravito: CRC Chicago Case Study
Case Study
Client Results: CRC Chicago

No SDR team. 42 qualified conversations.

How EventReps worked Stravito's booth at a 450-person research conference and handed a lean sales team a scored, tiered pipeline with a next step for every lead.

StravitoKnowledge management platform for insights teams, CRC Chicago exhibitor
42
conversations captured and scored across 40 companies in three days
~10%
of all show registrants reached, at an event of roughly 400 to 500 people
74%
of conversations landed in the A or B tier, each with a defined follow-up path

The Challenge

Stravito had restructured its go-to-market and no longer had a dedicated SDR team. Events were still a core channel, but there was no one whose job was to work the booth, qualify conversations, and turn them into meetings.

CRC Chicago raised the stakes. With only a few hundred attendees, a small show gives you no volume to hide behind. Either you engage the right people and know exactly what to do with each one afterward, or you leave with a stack of badge scans and little else.

The EventReps Approach

Readiness

Alignment with Stravito's team on messaging, target personas, and who would take demos, so the booth ran as one team from the first hour.

Generation

An EventReps rep worked the booth alongside Stravito's sellers for all three days, starting conversations and scoring every one in PITCH Score within minutes, not from memory after the show.

Realization

A tiered lead list with notes on each opportunity, the pain point, and the agreed next step, so Stravito's sellers could pick up warm conversations instead of cold contacts.

The Results

Every conversation left the floor with a score out of 25, a tier, and a follow-up track. The three Close Pursuit leads averaged 18.3 out of 25, against a show-wide average of 12.5.

3
Close Pursuit
Right persona, active pain, ready for a direct sales conversation.
28
Active Nurture
Clear fit and interest, worked through content and a planned follow-up.
11
Long Game
Low fit or no buying role today, kept out of the sales team's week.

Conversations included insights and research leaders at Fortune 500 companies across consumer goods, technology, retail, insurance, and healthcare.

Tiering mattered as much as volume. The Long Game tier included an attendee looking for event help for a side business, a career network, and a vendor scoping his first US show. Without an SDR layer, every hour of follow-up counts, and none of it went to people who were never going to buy.

What the Floor Revealed

Because every conversation was captured the same way, patterns across the show became visible. Stravito left with market intelligence as well as leads.

Paying twice for the same research4 companies

Insights teams commissioning new studies, then discovering the answers already existed internally, including a Fortune 500 snack maker and a major health insurer.

SharePoint is the real competitor5 companies

Research stored in SharePoint, sometimes with a homegrown AI agent or GPT layered on top, rather than a named rival platform.

Strong pull toward AI personas7 companies

Consistent interest in applying AI personas to existing segmentation studies, often the hook that opened a deeper conversation.

Agencies as a channel3 agencies

Research agencies interested in white-label use of Stravito for their own large clients.
